For anyone and everyone…

My aim of starting this webpage/blog was to raise awareness of stillbirth……

So many people have said to me “I didn’t know this happens!”.

After looking at the NHS website ‘A stillbirth is when a baby is born dead after 24 completed weeks of pregnancy. It happens in around 1 in every 200 births in England. There are more than 3,600 stillbirths every year in the UK’.

I sat there for a moment ~ 3,600 parents and families go through what I have done every year and yet it isn’t known about. That’s when it hit me…more people need to know about this.

I hope this blog brings information to those wanting to find out more and support to those who have unfortunately gone through this too.
